Creating a delicious turkey dish couldn’t be easier using VISPICE spice transferring sheets. Just wrap and let the air fryer do the work for you!
1 Boneless Turkey breast
1 Herbes de Provence Vispice Flavor Sheet
Wrap the breast in the Vispice Flavor Sheet
Place the breast in a vacuum pack bag or Ziploc bag and place in the refrigerator overnight.
Prior to cooking, remove the breast from the bag and remove the Vispice Flavor Sheet.
Place the breast on the air fryer rack inside the Instant Pot and use the air fryer lid. Close the lid and select the AIR FRYER cook mode. Select POULTRY from the protein list and use the 30 minute cook setting.
Once the cook cycle is complete, check the turkey breast to verify it has reached an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
