1/2 c mayonnaise
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp pureed chipolte in adobo sauce
1 Medium lime, juiced
3 oz iceberg lettuce, shredded
2 oz red onion, sliced
3-1/2 oz OVEN ROASTED TURKEY BREAST, thinly sliced
1 oz jalapeño peppers, thinly sliced
1 oz Cheddar cheese, thinly sliced
Blend mayonnaise, sugar, pureed chipotle and lime juice together in a medium bowl.
Cover and place in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Slice the baguette lengthwise 2/3 of the way through. Spread cut sides with 1 ounce chipotle mayonnaise.
Layer the ingredients in the following order on the bottom half of the baguette: lettuce, onion, turkey breast, jalapeño peppers and Cheddar.
