The study will evaluate data from an established ground turkey sampling protocol to identify practical, science-based criteria and operational practices that processors can use to establish distinct, microbiologically independent lots.
Qualified research institutions, academic partners and private sector entities with demonstrated data analysis skills, preferably with expertise in microbial data analysis and meat/poultry systems, are invited to submit proposals by October 10, 2025.
