A Whale of a Turkey Sandwich

2 Loaves (1 lb each) frozen bread dough, thawed

3/4 lb assorted reduced-fat cheese slices

2 tbsp mustard

1 Can (6 or 8 oz) mushroom stems and pieces, drained well

1 tsp dried parsley

1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

3 tbsp poppy seeds

3 tbsp sesame seeds

Lightly grease and flour a 10-1/2 X 15-inch jelly roll pan. On lightly floured surface, roll one loaf of bread into a 15-X 5-inch rectangle. Spread 1 tablespoon mustard over dough to within 1/2-inch of all edges.

Divide meat and cheeses in half. Alternately layer half the meat and half the cheese over mustard.

In small bowl combine mushrooms, parsley, Italian seasoning, garlic and onion powders. Spoon over meat and cheese layer.

Alternately layer remaining half of meat and cheese over mushroom mixture. Spread remaining mustard over second layer of meat and cheese. Brush edges of dough with water.

On lightly floured surface, roll second loaf of bread into a 15-X 5-inch rectangle. Place dough over top of meat and cheese layer; gently stretch to cover meat and cheese. Pinch edges together. Brush with water and sprinkle with poppy and sesame seeds.

Bake in a preheated 375 degree F oven for 25 to 30 minutes, until the bread is golden brown. Serve hot or cold.
