Asian Turkey Noodle Soup



5 c TURKEY BROTH or canned low-sodium chicken broth

1 c sliced baby carrots

1/2 c green onions, cut into 1/2-inch slices

1 tsp minced fresh garlic

1-1/2 c COOKED TURKEY, chopped

1 tsp ground ginger

2 tsp lower-sodium soy sauce

1/2 c Asian curly noodles



In a medium saucepan, over medium heat, bring broth, carrots, green onions and garlic to a gentle simmer. Simmer for 5 minutes.

Add cooked turkey, ginger and soy sauce. Stir in noodles. Continue to simmer until noodles are tender.
