Vegetable cooking spray, as needed
1 lb turkey breast cuts
8 oz fresh button mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
2 Packets instant onion soup mix
1-1/2 c heavy whipping cream
12 oz low-fat sour cream
6 c cooked pasta
Spray large baking dish with non-stick vegetable spray. Place turkey chops on bottom of dish and cover with mushrooms.
Mix soup mix, cream and sour cream in a medium bowl and stir until smooth. Pour sauce over turkey and mushrooms.
Bake, uncovered, in a 350 degree F. oven for 35 minutes (do not preheat oven). Remove turkey from dish, reserving sauce.
Slice turkey. Place on a bed of cooked pasta. Drizzle with sauce and mushrooms.
