1 tsp Dijon mustard

3 c cabbage, finely shredded

1 Large carrot, peeled and coarsely grated

1 Small onion, sliced thin

Stir in Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, soy sauce, chili powder, cumin, Tabasco, salt and pepper. Blend until smooth.

Turkey Burgers

In a large bowl, stir turkey, onion, bread crumbs and 1/4 cup barbecue sauce until well combined. Form into six 3/4-inch thick patties.

Divide remaining sauce in half; cover and reserve.

Add remaining cole slaw ingredients and salt and pepper to taste.

NOTE: Cole slaw may be made 4 hours ahead and chilled.
