Barbecued Turkey Tenderloins



1 Can (12 oz) lemon-lime soda

1/4 c soy sauce

1/4 c vegetable oil

1 tsp horseradish powder

1 tsp garlic powder

1 lb TURKEY TENDERLOINS, cut in half lengthwise

Vegetable cooking spray



In self-closing plastic freezer bag combine soda, soy sauce, oil, horseradish powder and garlic powder. Add turkey tenderloins, seal bag and turn bag to coat turkey. Refrigerate at least 2 hours.

Remove grill rack from charcoal grill and lightly coat with vegetable cooking spray; set aside. Preheat grill for direct heat cooking.

Position grill rack about 5 to 6 inches over hot coals or flame. Remove turkey from plastic bag and discard marinade.

Place turkey tenderloins on grill rack and cook 5 to 6 minutes per side (rotating in quarter turns) or until turkey is no longer pink in center and temperature reaches 165 degrees F.
