3 c dried cranberries
3 c prepared mango chutney
4 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp Garam Masala
24 (6-Inch) pocketless pita bread
4-1/2 lbs OVEN ROASTED TURKEY BREAST, sliced
6 c spinach, loosely packed
Mix dried cranberries and mango chutney. Cover and set aside.
Combine olive oil and Gram Masala. Lightly brush into one side of each pita bread.
Equally divide and place spinach onto each pita slice. Place 3 ounces sliced turkey onto each pita bread.
Fold pita slice and top with mango chutney/cranberry mixture - about 3 tablespoons each sandwich.
Serve with Indian slaw.
