4 Pita breads with top 1/4 sliced off
6 tbsp crumbled Feta cheese
1 Medium tomato, chopped (about 1 c)
1/2 Medium cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced (about 1/2 c)
1 small onion, thinly sliced (about 1/2 c)
Prepare BASIC TURKEY BURGER PLUS recipe.
When burgers are cooked, insert into pita breads and top with Feta, tomato, cucumber and onion.
