1 lb - 4 oz pizza dough

6 oz well seasoned pizza sauce

2 tbsp oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, drained and finely chopped

1 Small ripe Hass avocado, peeled and sliced into thin wedges

3/4 lb SMOKED TURKEY, julienne strips

1/2 lb shredded Mozzarella and Cheddar cheese blend



Form pizza dough into a 16-inch circle. Form a rim on crust to hold sauce.

Mix pizza sauce and sun-dried tomatoes together. Ladle pizza sauce onto dough and lightly spread pizza sauce evenly into cavity of dough.

Evenly distribute avocado and smoked turkey atop sauce.

Sprinkle with cheese blend, covering entire pizza surface.

Bake on hot cornmeal-dusted stone/pan in a preheated 425 degree F commercial pizza oven for 6 to 8 minutes or until cheese is slightly melted and crust is crisp and golden.

Serve hot.
