5 lbs GROUND TURKEY
3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1-1/4 tsp kosher salt
2 tsp fresh ground black pepper
10 onion buns, split and toasted
Heirloom tomato slices As needed
Bibb lettuce leaves As needed
Gently combine ground turkey, Worcestershire sauce, onion and garlic powders, salt and pepper. Shape into 10 patties (each weighing 1/2 pound). Cover, chill and reserve for service.
Per order: Oil grill rack and preheat grill to medium-high. Grill burgers, 5 inches from the heat, turning only once, until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.
Place turkey burgers in onion buns and top with tomato slices and lettuce leaves.
