1 Medium ripe peach, peeled and diced
1 Medium ripe nectarine, peeled and diced
8 Large strawberries, caps removed and diced
1/4 c minced red onion
2 tbsp fresh cilantro, roughly chopped
2 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
1/2 tsp minced jalepeno pepper
8 pre-made TURKEY BURGERS, garlic and pepper flavor preferred
8 Kaiser rolls, split and lightly toasted
Stir together diced peach, nectarine, strawberries, onion, cilantro, lime juice and jalepeno in a mixing bowl. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
Grill or broil turkey burgers, using medium direct heat, about 4-inches from the heat to 165 degrees F.
Place cooked turkey burgers on buns. Top each with 2 tablespoons Caribbean fruit salsa.
Serve remaining fruit salsa with turkey burgers.
