1 Can (16 oz) dark pie cherries, juice reserved
1/2 c orange juice
1/2 c firmly packed brown sugar
1-1/2 tbsp cornstarch
1 tsp dry mustard
1 WHOLE TURKEY HAM, (about 4 lbs)
2 Slices canned pineapple, cut in half
In medium saucepan over medium heat combine cherry juice, orange juice, brown sugar, cornstarch and mustard. Stirring constantly, cook until mixture thickens and becomes glossy. Set aside.
With knife, make diagonal diamond cuts, about 1/4 to 1/2-inch deep, over top of ham. Arrange pineapple slices on top, using whole cloves to hold in place. Stick whole cloves in center of remaining diamonds.
In lightly greased 9-X 11-X 1-inch baking pan place ham. Spoon 1/4 of glaze over ham and heat according to package directions, basting several times with glaze.
Stir cherries into remaining glaze; heat throughout. To serve, slice ham and top slices with glaze.
