4-1/2 lbs FULLY COOKED TURKEY BREAST, boned and thinly sliced
24 sandwich buns, split and toasted
1. In a tilting skillet, set at 225-250 degrees F, heat barbecue sauce until hot and bubbly.
2. Add sliced turkey to sauce. Cook 8 to 10 minutes until an internal temperature of 165 degrees F is reached.
3. Portion 4 ounces turkey mixture on each toasted bun. Serve hot.
