Ingredients

1 (17.6-ounce) package Turkey Breast Cutlets

1 tbsp chili powder

1 tbsp vegetable oil

1 diced yellow or green pepper

1 tsp ground cumin

2 tsp minced garlic

2 tbsp finely chopped jalapeno

¼ c picante sauce

1 large tomato, diced

¼ c chopped fresh cilantro

16 soft flour tortillas

2 c crumbled queso fresco cheese or shredded Mexican cheese

Directions

Cut turkey into ½-inch thick strips; toss with chili powder.

Heat vegetable oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Add turkey, yellow pepper, cumin, garlic and jalapeno. Cook turkey according to package directions. Always cook to well-done, 165ºF as measured by a meat thermometer.

Add picante sauce. Cook, 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in tomato and cilantro. Cook 1 to 2 minutes or until hot. Spoon mixture into tortillas; sprinkle with cheese.
