2 tsp reduced-calorie Italian dressing
1 Multigrain sandwich thin bun
2 oz LOWER-SODIUM DELI TURKEY BREAST or ROASTED TURKEY BREAST, shaved or sliced
1 tbsp mild banana pepper slices, well-drained if canned product is used
1 Strip TURKEY BACON, cut in half, cooked and patted dry
1 Slice reduced-fat Pepper Jack cheese
Fresh fruit salad As needed
Spread Italian dressing on bottom and top bun halves.
Layer the bottom half with turkey slices, banana pepper rings and cooked bacon. Cover all with cheese.
Broil open-faced sandwich 4 to 5 inches from the heat only until cheese melts.
Cover with top half of bun, dressing side down.
Serve with fresh fruit salad.
