Directions

Turkey Appetizer Rounds

In a medium bowl, beat egg well. Add turkey, bread crumbs, onion, garlic, parsley, ketchup, soy sauce, salt and pepper.

Form into 1-inch balls. Place balls on an ungreased baking sheet with 1-inch sides. Bake, uncovered, in a preheated 450 degree F oven for 8 to 10 minutes or until turkey is no longer pink. Drain as necessary.

Slow Cooker Sauce

Meanwhile, in a slow cooker, mix together cranberry sauce, chili sauce, sugar, mustard, lemon juice and garlic. Stir well over LOW setting.

Add cooked turkey rounds to cranberry mixture in slow cooker. Stir well to coat with sauce. Cover with lid and cook on LOW setting for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.

Serve warm. Yields: about 72 appetizer rounds or about 36 cocktail portions.
