1 (12-oz) bottle chili sauce
1 (14-oz) can jellied cranberry sauce
1/4 to 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
As needed nonstick cooking spray
3 lbs TURKEY WINGS, cut into sections and wing tips discarded
Stir chili and cranberry sauces and pepper flakes together in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat until smooth. Remove and reserve 1 cup sauce for dipping.
Spray a shallow baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Arrange wings in a single layer on the baking dish.
Bake, uncovered, in a preheated 400 degree F oven for 20 minutes or until wings are lightly browned. Reduce oven to 350 degrees F.
Pour sauce over wings, covering each piece completely. Cover with foil and bake 45 to 60 minutes or until wings are fork-tender and meat thermometer, inserted into wing, registers 165 degrees F
Serve warm with the reserved dipping sauce.
