1 lb GROUND TURKEY
1 c onion, chopped
1 Clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp flour
1 tbsp chili powder
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
Salt Dash
1 c reduced-sodium chicken bouillon
1 (4 oz) can chopped green chilies
1 c non-fat imitation sour cream
8 (8-Inch) flour tortillas
1/2 c reduced-fat Cheddar cheese
Salsa As needed
In large skillet, over medium-high heat, sauté turkey, onions and garlic 5 minutes or until turkey is no longer pink. Drain. Return to heat.
Over medium heat, stir in flour, chili powder, pepper flakes, salt, bouillon and green chilies. Cook 3 to 4 minutes or until mixture thickens, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and stir in sour cream. Blend well.
On each tortilla, spoon 1/2 cup of turkey mixture. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon cheese and roll up tightly.
Place burritos on 9 X 13-inch pan, lightly coated with vegetable cooking spray. Cover pan with foil.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 15 to 20 minutes or until hot. Serve with salsa.
