2-1/4 c COOKED TURKEY, cubed
2 c celery, diced
2 c Granny Smith apples, cored and diced
1/4 c golden raisins
2 tbsp reduced-calorie mayonnaise
2 tbsp low-fat plain yogurt
1/4 tsp freshly grated nutmeg
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
In a large bowl combine turkey, celery, apples and raisins.
In a small bowl combine mayonnaise, yogurt, nutmeg and cinnamon; fold into turkey mixture. Mix well.
Cover and chill for, at least, two hours.
