Make any night a taco night with these quick and easy Crunchy Turkey Tacos. Ground turkey is seasoned with spices and the store-bought salsa of your choice to create a delicious base for your tacos. Grab a crunchy shell and top them with your favorite taco fixings. If you’re not sold yet, this meal comes together in less than 30 minutes. Dinner is served!

8 hard taco shells
1 lb ground turkey
1 small red onion, finely chopped
1 c chunky tomato salsa
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground cumin
2 c shredded lettuce, for serving
1/2 c shredded Pepper Jack cheese, for serving
1/4 c fat-free sour cream, for serving
Cubed avocado and additional salsa, for serving
Heat hard taco shells according to package directions.
Meanwhile, in a large nonstick skillet, cook ground turkey and onion over medium heat until turkey is no longer pink.
Stir in salsa and spices. Heat through for 2-3 minutes.
Fill each taco shell with 1/3 cup turkey mixture.
Immediately serve with lettuce, cheese, sour cream, avocado and extra salsa.
