3-1/2 oz SLOW ROASTED TURKEY THIGH (Cuban Mojo Turkey Preferred)
1 To 2 tsp Unsalted Butter
2 Rings Bell Pepper, Seeds Removed
2 Rings Sweet Onion
2 tbsp Cream Cheese, Softened
1/2 Garlic-Herb Tortilla Wrap
1/8 tsp Black Pepper
As Needed Chunky Salsa
Heat turkey to 165 degrees F or according to manufacturer's instructions.
Heat butter and sauté bell pepper and onions rings in butter just until tender.
Spread cream cheese in the middle of wrap. Place heated turkey in center of wrap.
Arrange onion and pepper rings atop turkey. Sprinkle with black pepper and roll up tightly.
Serve with salsa.
