Nonstick vegetable spray
1 (10-oz) package frozen broccoli spears, cooked and drained
2 c cooked turkey, cubed
1 (10-1/2 oz) can reduced-sodium cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c reduced-calorie mayonnaise
1-1/2 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp curry powder
1 c seasoned croutons
Spray an 8-inch square baking dish with nonstick vegetable spray. Arrange broccoli in baking dish and top with turkey.
In a small bowl combine soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder. Pour over turkey and top with croutons.
Bake in a preheated 350 degree F oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until bubbly.
