Nonstick cooking spray As needed

3 c brown rice

2 c COOKED TURKEY, cubed

10 oz frozen broccoli florets, thawed

1 (10-3/4 oz) can cream of chicken soup, reduced sodium

2/3 c 2% milk

1 tbso curry powder



Lightly spray a 2-quart casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.

In a large saucepan, prepare the brown rice according to package directions.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

In a large bowl, stir together turkey, thawed broccoli, soup, milk, curry powder and cooked and slightly cooled rice. Mix well.

Transfer turkey mixture into prepared casserole dish and smooth the top.

Cover tightly with a lid or aluminum foil. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes or until the casserole is heated throughout and bubbles all around the edges.
