1/3 c olive oil
1/3 c dry white wine
1 tbsp fresh chopped basil, OR 1 tsp dried basil
2 Cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
In a shallow dish, blend ingredients together. Add turkey pieces and toss to coat evenly.
Cover, refrigerate and marinate for about 2 hours.
When ready to cook turkey, drain marinade and discard marinade.
