Ingredients

1/4 c unsalted butter, softened

1 tbsp fresh tarragon

Dash fresh lemon juice

1-/12 lbs ROASTED TURKEY BREAST, sliced

8 Small baguettes, sliced

16 Stalks fresh asparagus, grilled or steamed

1-1/4 lbs Brie cheese, thinly sliced

Directions

Tarragon Butter

Cream butter. Stir in tarragon and lemon juice.

Procedure

Spread softened tarragon butter on split baguettes. Lightly grill.

Layer 3 ounces turkey breast into each grilled baguette.

Place 2 asparagus lengthwise along edge of baguette. Top evenly with Brie.

Place under broiler and heat just until cheese begins to melt & bubble and asparagus is slightly warm. Serve immediately.
