8 oz rotini pasta, cooked and drained
2 c COOKED TURKEY BREAST, cut into small cubes
2 c broccoli florets, cut into small florets
1/2 c chopped green bell pepper, ribs and seeds removed
1/2 c chopped red bell pepper, ribs and seeds removed
1/2 c cherry or grape tomatoes, halved
1/2 c chopped sweet onions
1/2 c slivered almonds, toasted lightly and DIVIDED
1-1/2 c low-calorie three cheese ranch dressing
In a large bowl, toss cooked and drained pasta with turkey, all vegetables and 1/4 cup almonds. Add dressing and mix lightly.
Cover and refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
Serve in chilled shallow bowls and sprinkle each portion with remaining almonds.
