1 (1/3 lb) Southwestern-seasoned TURKEY BURGER
1 Slice pepper jack cheese
1/2 oz hickory smoked barbecue sauce
1 sesame seed bun, split and lightly grilled
1/2 oz onions, beer-braised and grilled
Grill turkey burger until cooked through and internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.
Top burger with cheese. Run under salamander to melt cheese.
Spread barbecue sauce on top and bottom halves of bun. Place turkey burger atop bottom half of bun and cover burger with onions. Cover with bun top.
