Ingredients

1 c Plain Low Fat Yogurt

1/4 tsp Minced Fresh Garlic

1/4 tsp Ground Cumin

1/4 tsp12 Ground Black Pepper

Dash Sea Salt

3 lbs GROUND TURKEY

1-1/2 c Reduced-Fat Feta Cheese

2 tbsp Dried Oregano Leaves

1-1/2 tsp Dried Thyme Leaves

1-1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper

As Needed Olive Oil

12 Whole Wheat Burger Buns, Split And Toasted

As Needed Lettuce Leaves

As Needed Tomato Slices

As Needed Cucumber Slices

Directions

SPICED YOGURT SAUCE:

Combine yogurt with garlic, cumin, pepper and sea salt.

Cover and chill for service.

TURKEY BURGERS:

Mix ground turkey, Feta, oregano, thyme and pepper in large bowl.

Shape into 12 burgers. Cover, chill and hold for service.

PER ORDER:

Heat small amount oil in large skillet or on flat griddle on medium heat until hot.

Add burgers and cook 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until burgers are cooked through to an internal temperature of 165°F.

ASSEMBLY AND SERVICE:

Serve burgers on toasted buns with lettuce leaves and sliced tomatoes.

Top each burger with 1 tablespoon chilled yogurt mixture.

Garnish with chilled, sliced cucumbers.
