Ingredients

4 lbs TURKEY CUTLETS, cut into thin strips

2 qt onion, thinly sliced

1 c fresh parsley, chopped

1-1/2 tbsp lemon pepper

1-1/2 tbsp garlic, minced

1-1/2 tbsp fresh oregano, minced

1/2 c olive oil

5 12-inch diameter thin crust Italian bread shells

1-1/4 qt tomatoes, chopped

50 Each kalamata olives, pitted and slivered

1-1/2 lbs Feta cheese, crumbled

Directions


 



Combine turkey strips, onion, parsley, lemon pepper, garlic and oregano.


Saute mixture in oil over medium-high heat, 5 to 7 minutes.


Place pizza shell on baking sheet. Top with turkey mixture, tomatoes, olives and cheese.


Bake at 450 degrees F for 10 to 12 minutes, or until heated throughout and cheese slightly melted.
