16 oz plain low fat yogurt
1/2 c grated onion
3 Cloves garlic, minced
3 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
1-1/2 tbsp curry powder
1 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp ground cloves
5 lbs TURKEY BREAST TENDERLOINS, cut into 1-1/2-inch pieces
Nonstick cooking spray As needed
Combine yogurt, onion, garlic, lemon juice, curry powder, salt and cloves in a large bowl and mix well. Add turkey pieces and stir to coat. Cover and refrigerate 20 minutes.
Prepare grill for medium heat.
Thread turkey evenly onto 15 wood or metal skewers, leaving a small space between each piece.
Per order: Grill kabobs until no longer pink in the centers and food thermometer, inserted in centers, reaches 165 degrees F, turning once or twice.
Serve with flavored rice.
