2 c ketchup
1/4 c cider vinegar
1/4 c Worcestershire sauce
8 Cloves garlic, peeled and minced
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1 tsp hot pepper sauce
1-1/3 c quick cooking oats
4 lbs LEAN GROUND TURKEY
12 Leaves lettuce
12 Kaiser rolls, split
Trio Pepper Sauce
Combine ingredients in a medium bowl.
Transfer half of the pepper sauce to a large bowl and stir in oats. Set remaining sauce aside for basting. Crumble ground turkey over oat mixture and mix well.
Shape into 12 burgers. Cover and reserve for service.
PER ORDER: Coat grill rack with nonstick cooking spray before starting the grill. Preheat grill for direct medium heat.
Grill burgers, 4 to 5 inches from the heat, over medium heat for 5-7 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature registers 165 degrees F, basting occasionally with Pepper Sauce.
Serve burgers on lettuce-lined Kaiser rolls.
