Grilled Turkey Cobb Salad with Blue Cheese Buttermilk Dressing



1/2 c sour cream

2 c buttermilk

1 c blue cheese, crumbled

1/2 c red onion, finely diced

2 tbsp fresh lime juice

1/2 tsp ground red pepper

2 Large Heads romaine lettuce, thinly sliced

1 lb TURKEY BACON, diced and cooked until crisp

4 Large ripe avocados, seeded, peeled and diced

4 Large red ripe tomatoes, diced

8 Large hard-cooked eggs, peeled and finely chopped





Whisk together sour cream, buttermilk, blue cheese, onion, lime juice and ground red pepper.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. Dressing may be made up to one day in advance.


Place romaine in bowl and toss with ½-cup Blue Cheese Buttermilk Dressing.

Portion lettuce on 10 individual plates or in shallow bowls. Arrange remaining ingredients in rows across romaine.

Drizzle each with additional dressing over the top or serve with dressing on the side.
