1/4 c vegetable oil
1/4 c honey
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp lemon zest
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp dried thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
1 lb Turkey cutlet, pounded thin
4 wedges lemon, for garnish
In a small bowl, combine all ingredients except turkey and lemon wedges.
Brush the sauce on the turkey cutlet.
Place turkey 4-6 inches from the heat source.
Grill over medium heat 2 to 4 minutes on each side or until no longer pink in the center and the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.
Serve immediately and garnish with lemon wedges.
