Grilled Turkey with Southwestern Mango Chutney

3-3/4 lbs HONEY SMOKED TURKEY BREAST, cut into thick slices

1-1/2 oz olive oil

1 Large red onion, chopped fine

2 c Roma tomatoes, chopped

1 tbsp jalapeno chiles, finely diced

12 Large strawberries, cored and qtered

2 Medium mangos, peeled and chopped

1 oz balsamic vinegar

2 Medium avocados, peeled and diced

1/2 c fresh cilantro, chopped

To Taste salt and freshly ground black pepper


Lightly grill turkey breast slices over medium heat. Hold warm for service.

Heat oil over medium-high heat, quickly saute onion, tomatoes, jalapeno, strawberries and mango for 2 to 3 minutes. Pour in vinegar.

Toss lightly, remove from heat, gently stir in diced avocado and cilantro. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Fan 3 slices of grilled turkey on each warmed dinner plate and top with a generous serving of chutney.
