8 (12 X 16-Inch) par-baked pizza crusts
3 qt pizza sauce
4 qt shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 (#10 Can) pineapple tidbits, well-drained
3 qt CANADIAN BACON STYLE DICED TURKEY, thawed
4 c chopped green onions
8 tbsp dried basil leaves
Place pizza crusts on sheet pans.
Top each pizza with 1-1/2 cups pizza sauce. Spread evenly to within 1/4-inch of the edges. Evenly top each pizza with 2 cups shredded cheese, evenly sprinkle 1-1/4 cups well-drained pineapple tidbits over cheese.
Sprinkle each pizza with 1-1/4 cups Canadian bacon style diced turkey, 1/2 cup chopped green onions and 1 tablespoon basil.
Bake the pizzas in a preheated oven until crusts are brown and cheese is melted:
Convection oven: Bake pizza at 375 degrees F for 9-12 minutes.
Conventional oven: Bake pizza at 400 degrees F for 10-15 minutes.
Deck oven: Bake pizza at 500 degrees F for 9-13 minutes.
Conveyor oven: Bake pizza at 500 degrees F for 5-8 minutes.
Cut each pizza into 8 slices.
