Healthy Turkey Burgers

Ingredients

1/4 c egg substitute

1/4 c seasoned bread crumbs

1/4 c dried cranberries or cherries

3 tbsp crumbled Feta cheese

1 lb LEAN GROUND TURKEY

Nonstick cooking spray As needed

4 Whole wheat hamburgers buns, split and toasted lightly

Feta cheese for garnish (if desired) Additional

Directions


 



In a large bowl, combine egg substitute, bread crumbs, cranberries and Feta. Crumble the ground turkey over the mixture and gently mix well. Shape into 4 patties.


Coat the grill rack with cooking spray before starting the grill.


Grill, covered, over medium heat, about 4-inches from the heat for 5 to 7 minutes on each side or until a meat thermometer reaches 165 degrees F and juices run clear.


Serve on toasted buns.
