Hearty Turkey Ham Breakfast Pizza



1 Medium red onion, sliced

1 tbsp butter

7 large eggs, Or substitute 14 oz. processed egg product

1/4 c cold water

1 oz red pepper, seeded and chopped fine

1 oz green pepper, seeded and chopped fine

1 12-inch prepared thin pizza crust

6 oz Cheddar cheese, shredded

10 1/4-oz Slices TURKEY HAM, cut in half

Cilantro, washed, dried and chopped As needed

Prepared salsa As needed



Separate onion slices into circles. Saute in butter until golden and carmelized.

Beat eggs and water together. Stir in chopped peppers. Scramble over medium heat until done.

Sprinkle pizza crust with half the Cheddar, spoon scrambled eggs over Cheddar, place turkey ham halves and caramelized onions atop eggs. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.

Bake pizza in a preheated hot oven for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and pizza crust is golden.

Remove pizza, sprinkle with cilantro. Cut into 8 wedges. Serve with salsa as an accompaniment.
