1 (5.2-oz) container soft cheese with garlic and herbs
1 Whole herb or onion-flavored focaccia, cut in half lengthwise
1/3 c red onion, thinly sliced
1/4 c green salad olives, drained and coarsely chopped
1/4 c mild banana pepper slices, drained
4 oz TURKEY SALAMI, thinly sliced
8 oz OVEN ROASTED TURKEY BREAST, sliced thin
1 Package (2/3-oz) fresh basil leaves
Spread soft cream cheese over both cut sides of focaccia.
Top with bottom half evenly in the following order: onion, olives, pepper slices, salami, turkey and basil leaves.
Place top focaccia half over basil and press down firmly.
Cut in 4 equal pieces. Serve immediately or wrap individually with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours.
