8 Large cloves garlic, minced
1 c honey
1/3 c light soy sauce
1/3 c freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/4 c peeled and minced gingerroot
6 lbs TURKEY WINGS (wing tips removed)
2 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted
Combine garlic, honey, soy sauce, lemon juice and gingerroot. Add turkey wings and marinate overnight.
Remove wings from marinade and place in hotel pan; reserve marinade. Bake uncovered, in preheated 400 degree F oven for 30 to 35 minutes. Drain off any fat.
In saucepan, bring marinade to a boil. Boil gently for 3 to 4 minutes or until slightly thickened; pour over wings.
Increase oven temperature to 475 degree F, bake wings, uncovered, for 10 minutes or until sticky and golden brown, turning several times.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
