1-1/2 lbs unsalted butter, melted
3 tbsp garlic powder
12 Batarde (a short French baguette) rolls
6 lbs COOKED TURKEY BREAST, sliced thin
96 Slices TURKEY BACON, cooked
48 Slices Mozzarella cheese
Prepare the garlic butter: stir together melted butter and garlic powder. Blend well.
Cut each batarde in quarters. Brush inside of each roll with melted garlic butter.
Lay bread, buttered side down, on grill to toast.
Remove toasted bread from griddle and arrange 2 ounces turkey on bottom half of each roll.
Top with 2 slices bacon. Place 1 slice Mozzarella on top.
