1 lb HOT ITALIAN TURKEY SAUSAGE, squeezed from casings if necessary
1 (12-Inch) baked original pizza crust
1 c pizza sauce
1 c shredded Italian blend cheese mix
1/4 c shredded Parmesan cheese
1 tsp dried oregano leaves
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. In a large nonstick skillet, over medium heat, sauté sausage, breaking sausage into small pieces. Cook until sausage begins to brown, about 10-12 minutes.
Meanwhile place pizza crust on a pizza pan or flat baking sheet and bake in preheated oven for 5 minutes. Remove pizza crust from oven and spread pizza sauce on top side of crust.
Spoon cooked sausage evenly across top of pizza. Sprinkle with cheeses and oregano.
Bake pizza another 8 to 10 minutes or until cheeses melt.
