Ingredients

1/4 c liquid egg substitute

1 (14-1/2-oz) can diced tomatoes, no added salt, undrained AND divided

1/2 c finely chopped onion

1 tbsp garlic, minced

1/2 c quick-cooking oats

1/4 c grated Parmesan cheese

1/3 c chopped parsley

1 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp basil leaves, dried

1/2 tsp dried oregano

12 oz ITALIAN TURKEY SAUSAGE, removed from casings

8 oz lean GROUND TURKEY

1/3 c pasta sauce, light

Directions

Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with nonstick foil.

Beat egg substitute in large bowl; stir in half the tomatoes, onion, garlic, oats, cheese, parsley, pepper, basil and oregano. Mix in turkey sausage and ground turkey until blended. Place on lined pan and pat into a 9 x 4-½-inch loaf.

Bake 45 minutes or until a meat thermometer inserted in the center registers 160 degrees F. Remove from oven, brush loaf with pasta sauce and bake 10 minutes more or until sauce looks set and the internal temperature registers 165 degrees F.

Let stand 10 minutes before slicing. Meanwhile, heat remaining canned diced tomatoes and serve with sliced turkey loaf.
