1/3 c jalapeno jelly
2 tbsp margarine
1 tbsp fresh lime juice
Remove grill rack and set aside. Prepare charcoal grill for direct heat method, according to manufacturer's directions or preheat gas grill.
In 2-quart, micro-safe oblong dish arrange turkey thighs; cover with wax paper. Microwave on HIGH (100% power) 10 minutes, turning thighs over halfway through cooking.
In 1-cup, micro-safe measure, combine jelly and margarine. Microwave on HIGH (100% power) 45 seconds; stir in lime juice. Reserve 3 tablespoons of glaze in a small serving bowl.
Lightly spray cold grill rack with non-stick vegetable cooking spray and position over hot coals. Place turkey thighs on grill rack. Cook thighs, brushing with 5 tablespoons glaze, 10-20 minutes or until meat thermometer inserted in thickest portion registers 170-175 degrees F.
To serve, cut turkey from bones and serve with reserved glaze.
