Korean BBQ Turkey Wings

4 (about 2 lbs) TURKEY WINGS, split at joints, fat trimmed and tips removed

12 c water

1 c hoisin sauce

1/4 c low sodium soy sauce

3 tbsp water

3 tbsp honey

1/4 c peeled and grated fresh ginger

3 Cloves garlic, minced


Boil wings in water for 30 minutes; remove from heat, drain and set aside.

Place all marinade ingredients in a heavy re-sealable plastic bag.

Place cooked turkey wings in the bag and massage until sauce has evenly coated wings. Refrigerate overnight or no less than 4 hours.

Spray grill rack with nonstick cooking oil. Preheat grill to 400 degrees F.

Remove wings from marinade and discard marinade. Grill wings until golden and crisp - approximately 20 minutes, turning frequently.
