1/4 c light Italian dressing
1 (30-oz) Package LEMON GARLIC TURKEY BREAST TENDERLOIN, cut into 1-1/4 inch cubes
1 Large red bell pepper, seeded and cut into 1-inch cubes
1 Small red onion, cut into thin wedges
1 c grape or cherry tomatoes
1/2 c pineapple chunks, well drained
Prepare grill or preheat broiler for direct grilling. Set aside a small amount of Italian dressing to brush on kabobs while grilling or broiling. Alternately thread cubed turkey, vegetables and pineapple onto skewers. Brush kabobs with remaining Italian dressing.
Grill or broil about 5-inches from heat source for 6 minutes. Turn and brush with reserved Italian dressing and continue grilling for 7 to 8 minutes or until turkey is no longer pink in center and reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
Serve kabobs with rice.
