1 (10-Inch) par-baked thin crust pizza shell
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp Margarita salt
4 oz TURKEY BREAST STRIPS, grilled
1 tbsp lime juice
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1 oz red sweet bell peppers, seeded and julienne-cut
2 tbsp green chili salsa, well drained
1/4 c shredded Mexican cheese blend
1 tbsp cilantro, fresh, chopped
Brush outer edge of pizza shell with olive oil. Lightly sprinkle pizza shell rim in Margarita salt.
Combine grilled turkey strips, lime juice and pepper flakes. Toss to blend thoroughly. Arrange turkey evenly over pizza shell.
Top with bell peppers and green chili salsa.
Sprinkle cheese over pizza.
Bake, on a stone, in a 375 degree F preheated convection oven for 6-10 minutes or until hot throughout and cheeses are melted.
Garnish with cilantro. Cut into slices and serve.
