1/4 c uncooked quick oats
1 Large egg, beaten
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp dried mint leaves, crumbled
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 c low-fat cottage cheese, drained
1/4 c Feta cheese, crumbled
2 tbsp pitted black olives, sliced
1/2 tsp dried oregano

Lightly grease cold grill rack. Prepare grill for direct-heat cooking according to manufacturer's directions.
In medium bowl, combine turkey, oats, egg, salt, mint, garlic powder and cinnamon. Divide turkey mixture in half. On 2 pieces (each 10-X 11-inch) wax paper, shape each half of turkey mixture into a patty 6 inches in diameter.
In small bowl, combine cottage cheese, Feta cheese, olives and oregano. Spoon cheese mixture over one circle of turkey mixture, leaving a 1/2-inch border around outside edge. Carefully invert remaining second turkey patty on top of cheese mixture. Remove top layer of wax paper from turkey. Press patty edges together to seal.
Invert giant turkey burger onto grill rack and remove wax paper. Grill burger 8 minutes per side or until temperature of 165 degrees F is reached on meat thermometer. To turn giant burger, slide a flat cookie sheet under the burger and invert onto another flat cookie sheet. Then carefully slide burger back onto grill*.
To serve, cut burger into fourths.
