2 tsp garlic-flavored olive oil
1 lb TURKEY CUTLETS
1 c nonfat plain yogurt
1 tsp minced fresh garlic
2 tsp dried oregano or mint flakes
4 (8-Inch) soft flour tortillas
Preheat broiler or grill for direct heat cooking. Lightly brush turkey with oil and lightly season with salt and pepper.
Broil or grill turkey 4 to 5 inches from the heat for about 5 - 6 minutes per side or until the internal temperature measures 165 degrees F.
Meanwhile, in a medium to large bowl, mix yogurt with garlic and herbs. Slice cooked turkey into thin strips and mix with yogurt sauce, blend well.
Divide mixture into 4 portions and place 1/4 of mixture on 1 tortilla. Wrap tightly and repeat for remaining tortillas.
